I work as a community manager across social media as well as email, phone and text. I also handle projects such an brand partnerships for social media collaborations and programs like our brand loyalty clubs etc. which are still being developed.

I’ve been with the company for about a year, my offer was $50,000. I plan to ask for a raise as I feel that my responsibilities have way outgrown my initial salary and job description. How do I go about this and what pay increase should I ask for? Thx♥️
