Wearing to work today

I'm wanting to know what people think is better. Kaiser or ucla health for working as an admin staff. Ucla seems to have good pay from what I see on the job descriptions but kaiser only shows pay grade. Ucla has pension and a raise it seems every year. But I was alao told kaiser offers a dollar each year as a raise. I want a place I can grown and stsy Long term. Any one have any insight on kaiser and what they offered.UCLA Health Kaiser Permanente

Unfortunately I think this kind of thing is all too common in our line of work, but I do think you're being mistreated if this is adding to your workload which I'm sure is already really busy. I would try to bring it up as an opportunity to ask for a raise in general and maybe not make it all about this new responsibility. You could just use this new thing as a way of saying that you deserve a raise for all that you do

Similar things like this come up where I'm at, but assisting is thankfully always on a volunteer basis. I usually sign up because I'm either bored and can handle the increase, or overtime is approved, and I get some extra cash. They charge the client $350/hour for that work btw. I usually get a $25-50 gift card haha. One instance i did earn $5k in OT. At least I can turn it down, though.
