I just came to realise Deutsche Bank has a fixed rule of max 30 to 35 % hike on fixed component and remaining 10 to 15% variable i.e. total 50% max hike you can ask for no matter how good, skilled you are.
Is it true?

Generally speaking as agencies have terrible pay, even the big ones unless you’re super senior.
Although the ones with a good creative rep do attract some talented fun people (who accept lower pay for the engagement of the work, brand, etc), I haven’t been super impressed with the talent below a senior level when I’ve engaged with agencies on average - just don’t pay enough for good talent.
Curious too. I feel like they pay way less but their work is prob less technical focused and more design / creativity focused
More creative, but overall compensation has been hammered as business has moved away from these agencies and toward ACN and Deloitte
