I worked for 2 years at my store before seeing that the entire store was run by using personal biases instead of professional workmanship. After 2 years with no chance of obtaining a promotion because of management promoting their friends instead of the qualified employees I now must start over because I voiced my concerns and got fired for it. Anyone know of any jobs that are run the way they should be run?

I am prior military and went to law school. I had a family to take care of while I was a student, hence I went as fast as possible to get to a paycheck, graduating in 2 years, and bypassing the standard summer clerkships. How could I get some experience strictly remote? I am w-2 working as an accountant in healthcare, have passed the bar and am working on my CPA license (studying starts at 3 am, then work FT). I would like to eventually hang a shingle as a tax lawyer, but need experience. TIA!

My company blames my generation for not being able to hire everyday. “You guys don’t want to work” coming from some overweight, racist, old coaster.
