Why do senior folk (typically in leadership roles) truncate their experience at junior levels on LinkedIn to only feature the highest title that they achieved during their tenure at x agency?

My firm has a 9-year partnership track as of a year or two ago. It has grown quickly from 5 to 7 to 9 in the past 10 or so years. In the written document that sets out the criteria for partnership, it basically says that your billable hours need to go up every year. Our minimum is 1900.
