I am looking to identify committed Christians within Deloitte who would be interested in serving on the US board of a global non-profit committed to restoring the lives of those who have been traumatized via human trafficking or gender-based violence in SE Asia. Deloitte has been instrumental in partnering with Hagar International via pro-bono consulting and we would love to leverage this partnership on our US board.

I personally don't think its a great idea to include regilious messages in company communications. There so many ways to be a Christian in the work place than this.
Yea, I would say just say happy holidays to be inclusive and instead show them how God is present in your life through your daily actions. You can post that merry Christmas message on here though! 😊
TBH I don’t think you can in this day and age, unfortunately. As nice a sentiment as it is.
Though I was proud of one of my seniors the other day—he actually said “Merry Christmas” to one of our clients. As the saying goes, the kids are gonna be just fine.
Inappropriate.
There are Jews and Hindus on my team. None of them celebrate Christmas…but none of them wished me a Happy Hanukkah or Happy Diwali even though I knew they were celebrating those holidays. I wouldn’t have been offended or run to HR, but I still would have thought it was odd.
I don’t think keeping work communications agnostic makes us any less Christian. We’re there to get a job done, not evangelize. If you find individual opportunities to share your faith, then great…but not in mass communications.
