In the USA you can find a lawyer to sue anyone for any reason but that’s doesn’t mean you have a case or will be successful (think Amber Heard’s lawyers). You’re going to have to get more specific than just ‘poor management’ for anyone be able to provide any sort of guidance. If this post is serious you’ll be better off talking to an attorney.

You can talk to an employment lawyer, but I doubt it. There’s no right to have a competent boss.
I think we need a bit more info 🫖
No. Management/personality issue is not grounds for suing in at-will states. Overall, suing is not worth it for the employee both in time and money even if you have a valid discrimination or sexual harassment case. You’re better off moving on with finding a new job with boss/team that values you and your skills. Do not let the anger about these a-holes and what they did consume you. Let it go.

They can be a bad manager, bad ones exist everywhere. But, how do you know someone didn’t get themselves fired due to poor performance?
Have you heard of the chewbacca defense? If not I’d look into it & speak to an expert in bird law (the best kind of lawyer)

Unless the person created a hostile work environment or did something else that’s plainly illegal, I don’t think you’ll have much recourse, OP. You should probably consult an employment attorney to validate, though.
Yeah. It was because of your boss…

You need to define poor management and the correlation to you getting fired. I don’t know the full circumstances here but I get the feeling there’s a whole other side to this.
define and have evidence against the wrongful termination
‘Poor management’ 😂 …OP about to start a class action lawsuit up in this fb!
