You cannot generalize a massive company based on your experience with one person. That being said, they generally are not known to attract the best and brightest and most people go there for better WLB and a chiller lifestyle.
Of course, but i can try to understand if maybe their behavior is reflective of the company’s culture that I need to better understand. The guy seems smart and knows his stuff. It’s just getting him to actually do the work. It’s taken me a while to discern what is laziness vs not understanding vs potentially a cultural difference, hence the question

Which market?
I found slalom to be more like an industry tech workers. They get stuff done but they don’t go to the levels of detail a lot of consulting firms do. In general they have always got the work done so I’d say this is just a guy who is probably on his way out.
