I’m a consultant with 5 YOE and am getting pings for director level roles, I’m interested in pursuing but I don’t have experience managing people or any P&L directly. How do you fake it? What can I do to prepare and build confidence for that level of interview conversations?

What base salary/ total comp to expect for a Sr PM in Toronto in today’s market?

I was looking at PM roles only that were around $110k, one company approached me with Sr PM (title bump) at $110k. I’m getting scheduled for final interview loop next week with this company and planning to negotiate if an offer is extended from them. I did tell them that I’m at final stage with other companies so they can expect multiple offer situation from me. Advice?
