I’m a Department Manager for a $5M/year H&M store, I’ve been in this role for 1 year, 7 with the company. I’m relocating from Kansas to DFW to a store that makes $6M/year (and has a team twice as big) and I also retook my education to further support my contribution in the HR area. I asked about 3 weeks ago about cost of living and I think they’re waiting for me to forget about it. Truth is, I know way more now than I did then. I just don’t know how to ask for a raise based on my experience.

Those of you who work in Midtown and live in Brooklyn -- how do you find the commute? My firm is inching closer to return to office 3 days per week. Now if you having trouble it doesn't hurt to ask for help/guidance to get it complete but it goes on the other party and how they communicate in a way it helps you not discourage you to get it done.
