I'm a light sleeper who cares too much about the people around me, but I've got a flight to London next Friday from 7pm NYC time to 7am UK time, and I'd really like to master sleeping on a plane just this once and not be in jet lag hell for the entire day after I land. First in my family to go to college, parent is abusive so I have no safety net & had no help. Worked full time all through college & still graduated with 30k in debt.
