I’m curious, and being a bit cheeky in even posting in this group however, let me shoot. I’m 26, currently a senior project manager at a local authority. The reality is, I probably have another 2 moves job wise before I hit a ceiling - likely in the next 2-4 years. Ultimately, I want more! Both in terms of career satisfaction and earnings! I know my future isn’t in local gov, but I’m curious to hear advice you’d give to a 26 Y.O who wants to reach that exec level.

Negotiation in new offer: I’m moving from fully remote to fully in office (with chance of hybrid later) offer for associate director in quality in pharma for 170k base, 18% bonus and 75k equity. What’s the best way to turn down a 2nd interview? During the 1st interview, I learned that the compensation for the role is not within the range that I am looking for and requires 400 more billable hours a year than what I bill now.
