I am currently an EH&S/AP associate for Walmart Supple Chain. I am a team lead in the department making $31.35 an hour working Fri-Sun from 5:30-17:30 (12hr). I am interviewing for EH&S/AP manager and I am searching for how much the managers are making on here but I can’t find any post about it. If I get an offer for the manager position, how much should I ask for my salary? Please let me know how much you are making as an EHS manager and please include your company as well.

I currently work as a contracted Operations Manager but I’m in need of something a little more sufficient as far as salary. I have experience in Management both restaurant, healthcare, and I suppose this particular position counts too I just don’t know how to specify it. I really want to get out of the 35-40k salary range and I have the experience to do it just not the degree. I think I suck at interviews too (I get really nervous and start doubting myself). Those who do financial modeling at work: for case study in interviews, is it bad practice to submit a model based on a premade template, assuming that I understand all formulas and incorporate my own reasonable assumptions? I have attended an interview last week which had both Technical and Manager Round. The next day, I got mail from a HR to upload the documents in iBegin portal and then the documents were 'Verified' later. Even after 4 days the status in iBegin portal still says as "Candidate registered against job". I am not getting any response from the HR about the current status.
