I’m having trouble finding a sales job. I have a few years in sales at only 19 and I am actively looking to get another sales job that pays more. I am looking for a job that pays salary + commission but I am lost. I am actively a Solar Salesman and the pay is decent but I don’t like the idea of fully commission. All I am asking is for some ideas as to what sort of sales career path I should be taking givin my experience and age.

I joined PwC AC Bangalore as a fresher and have been working here for 13 months.

Any advice on how to tastefully tell your manager that you no longer want to be a charge nurse anymore? For us being in charge is having full assignment 3p-7p & being responsible for assigning pts , communicating w/ supervisor about various issues, making the assignment for next shift, and a mini report about each pt for the next charge. On the weekends, same responsibilities but 7a-7p. We don't get any additional pay for being in charge and I'm sick of the added responsibility and stress of it.
