I’m interviewing for a VP leadership position and wondering at what level the exit offer becomes a part of the comp package. So if I leave early, am laid off, or fired, how / what level is appropriate to negotiate exit details?

If you are an at will employee there is no exit package. 99% of those employed even up to EVP levels are at-will. They CAN offer severance or bridge payments if laid off....but they do not have to offer anything. Just like you don't have to give them any time if you quit.

I guess it also depends on the company. At my current company (Construction/Multinational) everyone has severance pay and EVP and above has exit package.

I am an Audit S1 that wants to work in a B4 Forensics practice. Would it be best for me to accept an offer in Forensics at a much smaller firm (local, 150ish total employees) to gain experience and then try to move to B4 Forensics? Does Next Gen issue a formal report for PGS testing results? I had my embryos tested and my clinic just told me which were normal and abnormal. No other info on embryos ratings, etc. they could have not even sent it in for all I know!
Also, how involved are you REs? I’ve been through 2 retrievals now, but feel kinda in the dark still on a lot of things. Some of the nurses are hit or miss and if I want to talk to my doctor I have to schedule a consultation and its typically a 2 week wait.

I had 5AA t/f(modified FET) on 11/07, today (11/16)I had blood work, nurse told HCG level is: 168.5, and will be checking again on 11/18, to see if HCG is raising. Is this good value? I was just talking to a younger friend who goes to Cal and It seems like the kids these days hate FAANG or at least Amazon and Facebook are not desired at all.
