I’m looking at the AWS benefits in terms of PTO and holidays and I would have expected them to be a little bit better. Seems like there are only 7 or so paid holidays, and a total of 10 PTO days? Seems kind of light compared to other places/ consulting. Is this because the work is more flexible?

Please explain if we get internet reimbursement outside the CTC?? Not the tax exemption part . I have heard we get 1200 per month for internet . Is it true ?

I am starting personal investment now- please tell me if this plan looks good:

- invest 1000$ each in Netflix, ADP and Home Depot
- invest 500$ each in Intel, Nike,Walmart and T-Mobile
- small amounts 100-500 in Merck, GE, Coca Cola , Altria and Samsung.

Thoughts? I plan to invest a little bit each month (200$) in ETF. Any suggestions?
