I’m ready for COVID to go away! People are behaving like it’s gone but it isn’t.

Girlfriend has very obvious high functioning anxiety and body image issues that she admits but thinks she doesn’t need therapy or medication and that reading self-help books will help her. It’s not changing in the last several years and it’s impacting our relationship. Anyone have experience with their SO dealing with untreated anxiety? I know I can’t control her but would like to express my feelings without sending her into a spiral. For context, I’ve been in therapy for 12 months and medicated

How much did you all pay for the 20 week ultrasound out of pocket? My 12 week ultrasound cost me $600 so I am guessing the 20 week one would be even more expensive. I have the high deductible plan from United healthcare.

Let's say Family consists of husband , wife and a kid . I’ve suffered from workaholism for a long time. Thanks to a lot of great self help books and therapy, I’m no longer putting work on a pedestal and I’m spending a lot more time on self care and my marriage. But, unfortunately, I am now getting withdrawals, because my body is used to the daily adrenaline of throwing myself into work. It’s this terrible feeling of like anguish/unease in my gut, but I don’t have anything I’m worried about- it’s like my body wants to find something to worry about.

Did you do the NIPT? I just had my first prenatal appt and they scheduled me for the NIPT at 10 weeks. I’m a little nervous and anxious. Did anyone get it and got a false positive? Do you not recommend it? I wish I could ask family but we’re not telling anyone until the 12 weeks mark.

I have not been diagnosed with ADHD. I definitely fit some of the characteristics that go unnoticed in females. The good news is if i do have ADHD, it makes me quite good at my job as I’m very flexible and can provide positive energy to my patients. Anyway, my boss has told me I have ADHD multiple times. I am sure this is a question with an obvious answer, but does anyone else just feel absolutely trapped in a job they hate because of their student loans? I’m three years out of law school and I still have $160K in student debt despite making aggressive payments. I work in a larger firm (not big law per se, but 250+ attorneys and big for the market).
