Advice on taking and passing the SPHR exam?

Can someone tell me if a HRBP III is more senior level than a HRBP I? I’ve never really dealt with those titles so I am a little confused!

How did you all get your first job in PM? Did you start as a Project Coordinator or PM? I have the skills of a Project Coordinator and would like to just transition to a PM role but it’s been difficult to find junior PM roles.

I have not been on a project for over 3 months. Since I joined, I have been put in training. The training got extended by a month and now it's close to 4 months since I joined and without a project.

What should I do? People say that I'm lucky to get paid without doing any work, but it is stressing me out. I need the experience. The uncertainty is freaking me out, with rumours of layoffs and the certification program and all.

How do I get into a project? How long do I have to wait more?

Hi Fishes, I've 2.25 Years of experience in SAP Basis, but I've lost interest in the same due to not receiving proper training, inability to practice on customer's system and shifts. I'm looking forward to go for MBA/changing technology, which one would be a better option? I'm a little confused on Danko - does he offer a self-study option for the coursework requirement? On his website it looks like each module has a 4-day virtual class which I wouldn't be able to attend due to working full time. Does this program also include self-study material, and the classes are just supplementary/optional? I was also looking at Dalton for self-study and Danko for test prep. Thoughts?

I want to quit without a job lined up. My agency is a dumpster fire of incompetent project managers, revolving door of creatives and culture of not holding people accountable amidst a micromanaging gossipy leadership. I just want out. Tell me it is ok and will be alright.

I work for a small agency and manage our internal marketing acct. We had very few processes in place when I started. I’ve since created, implemented, and trained our dept. on project mgmt for clients and am trying to convince the owner to apply those principles to our internal jobs. They are resistant because they just want the work to be done and don’t “want to keep spending money on internal jobs”. I’m confused because we’re doing the work either way and “spending” in labor/resources.
