Please evaluate this initial offer for Apple ICT3. I think I was low balled, but I want to take more opinions. Currently Sr. MTS at VMware, received Apple ICT3. I was expecting to get to ICT4 but seems like team thinks upper end of ICT3 is more apt. Also, I think it is because I don’t have any counter offers yet.

For some, this is their way of making sure they understand correctly, playing devils advocate, would you be frustrated if they never sought clarity and constantly were making mistakes?
I also summarize because I want others to tell me if I’m incorrectly understanding something based off my summary. I don’t really see the problem here. Then again, I guess I get called teachers pet quite often
Are they not completing their work? If they're just a teacher's pet, boohoo there's nothing for you to address. From that amount of info in your post, they might just be new and trying to learn about the company, industry, tech stack, team culture, etc.
i dealt with something similar and got real lucky that they left. calls with them gave me so much fatigue.
i brought it up with my manager because they were constantly cutting me off and not allowing me to speak. however, if they don’t affect you directly, i’m not sure you can say anything.
but i feel you.
You could provide the feedback to your manager but I would be careful to note what it is about that behavior that has a negative impact. Is it just annoying or is it a distraction to the team? Your manager might have a similar perspective and give the person that feedback or give you insight that might help you understand and manage the effect it has on you
