I’m transitioning from generally a career at the machine level to a role where I’ll be a “maintenance lead” for a large capital project. We have some corporate guidance on the role, and I’ve brainstormed some areas I know we need to concentrate on from my years in the plant. Is there any training (ex., PMI.org) that folks have found useful for the topics, management systems, and integration of maintenance roles on a large project? PMI.org had a “Construction” training but details were vague. Thanks!
