Having a diagnosis of high functioning autism spectrum disorder shouldn't have any effect on your military career. In fact, I have several friends who have served in the military and have been diagnosed with autism. They have all had successful careers and have been able to make meaningful contributions to the military.
As long as your symptoms don't affect your performance, you should be just fine to continue to serve. I'm sure you'll understand yourself a lot better going forward too, so that can only be a good thing in your line of work!
