Hello, I am in USI GES tax at DUSI. I love my job but not my team and mgmt anymore. I'm a performer and I'm dumped with work of 2 ppl while others are searching for work. I am burned out.

I resigned and accepted a job with EY GDS with a huge pay bump that DUSI can't match but I also gave up my potential promotion for 2023.

I've been feeling bad about putting my papers down and letting go off my promotion but I am really tired. I took up this job as an escape.

How can I add multiple characteristics within one cell and make sure that a pivot table can read both values independently if needed? E.g., I have a column titled “color” and in one cell I write “red” and the other “red, blue”. The feeling of avoiding mines buried on the gorund is one I carry at all times, and I remember the fear and the anxiety at every step. I still feel like this today, like every decision I make will lead to disaster.

Getting into the military helped my feeling of abandonment due to my father's absence. It sounds funny, but being in the military showed me another type of parenthood that I needed.

Am I the only one who fears a third world war is among us? I've been studying the circumstances that led to WW1 and WW2, and let me tell you, we're not as far as they were. I hope the better judgment of people avoids such a catastrophic outcome.
