In your experience, how much more do and/or should managers make versus staff pharmacists?

My current CTC is 8lpa, i have an offer from VFISLK 11lpa, and expecting offer from Accenture 12lpa.

Can Wipro match the offer?

Considering wlb and job security, i can stay in Wipro if they match the offer.

Considering a jump from Chicago to New York. I truly love living in Chicago and how far this salary gets me but I definitely want to try to make it in New York.

The only problem is my significant other has a lot of negative opinions about New York. I ultimately want to return to DC but I feel like a few good years in New York would be really good for me. In terms of a place to live, where in Manhattan can I find a place that's similar to River North in Chicago?

How much is the salary package for Senior system engineer for 3 years of experienced professional.

Hey fishes, completed 3 tech rounds at Bosch.
Last tech + managerial round was on 10th Nov. Got HR call on 17th Nov. Told my expected package and she didn't seem to have any issue. On 22nd Nov, got a call from the consultant at taggd who has been arranging all my interviews. Told my expected CTC and she seemed a bit surprised but didn't negotiate and asked if I have any other offers? I asked when can I expected the OL, she said within a week but didn't take any documents. Can I expect the OL?

I have around 1 year of experience in Java and total 5.5 years in total.

The role is of java fullstack, microservices.
I studied hard on spring boot and microservices but my hands on experience is less.

Does anyone else have “email social anxiety”? Not with writing emails that have to do with content/work I did, but when I’m “just checking in” and doing vaguely unsaid social things I’ve never understood well.

I’ve completed the first interview with the hiring manager and a colleague, and have been fortunate to get to the next stage but im unsure how to prepare. a few weeks ago we had a super busy day with scripts and i think i went into ‘autopilot’ because i don’t remember it happening, but i handed out the wrong prescription to someone (before you get mad, i only started a few weeks ago and i’m a junior assistant), out of all people i could’ve given the wrong medication to, it was a blind person. i have severe anxiety already and want to know some tactics to go back to work without guilt? i take guilt very heavy and struggle to get past it all

I work in a state where abortion was previously banned and is now still pretty heavily restricted. Lately I've heard a lot of really negative and hurtful comments about patients who are picking up contraceptives, and about people who are pro-choice. I don't usually bring my political views to work, and now I feel like I honestly can't say anything without making work really uncomfortable for myself (I'm pro-choice). What should I do?

I am leaving retail pharmacy after 15 years. I am opening a 403b pharmacy for a FQHC. I don't believe that retail pharmacy will be able to sustain itself with patient costs skyrocketing. I think people will become enraged or indifferent enough to allow the federal government to take over healthcare. How many times do we see people getting free prescriptions via government coverage that drive better cars than we do?

What's the biggest health myth you've heard that you'd like to bust? Mine is that supplements are always a healthier option than prescription or OTC meds. A lot of the supplements on the shelf contain all types of unnatural ingredients and can still be harmful depending on the dosage.

Does anyone work as a self contracted pharmacist or consultant pharmacist? How did you get your first role? I am working to get my consultant license. Have worked management exp. in retail and have worked as a contract pharmacist for IHS. Any advice would be wonderful.
