I have just been told by my POC that the hiring for chat is on hold and they are not certain when they will start the hiring for chat. I gave the interview for chat last month and I was told that I have cleared all the rounds and my joining will be from the next month (July) but now all of a sudden they are saying this.
I am scared and don't know what should I do.
Does anyone know when they will start the hiring for chat?BT British Telecom

I've been trying to update my resume with my last 5 years of experience and I'm completely overwhelmed. At this point I just need to hire a resume writer. I need someone who can talk to me about my experience and actually write the resume, not just edit an existing resume. Does anyone have a recommendation? Is ResumeSpice worth the money?

Definitely culture add. Otherwise, you just foster a giant pile of groupthink for sure. I am always surprised at when I hear companies being so sold on culture fit, and I’m over here like, “sooooo you want to water down your growth abilities over time by creating an org full of ‘Stepford Wives’?!”
Culture fit - culture add leads to cognitive dissonance

I agree with culture add. Hiring people who think differently often strengthens a team far more than hiring people who simply fit in.
