Interviewing with a large company. General Counsel is the same ethnicity as me and is my dad's age. First time I'm seeing a GC of a large company of my ethnicity and my dad's age. Interview went well and we just talked about random things and it felt like I was talking to one of my dad's friends. I felt comfortable and at ease. We had similar childhoods and upbringing and talked about that.

Is this how white folks feel all the time?

I have a senior business process manager interview next week, any tips? It requires 4 hour long interviews in which one is a business case study. What would you recommend while I am prepping?

My area of law I work with alot of "Finance bros" some may even refer to me as a "bro". When I talk to these guys I try to be relaxed with them to have a good client relationship and I don't want to come off as a Suit. But still want to be seen as a professional.

Few days before of my joining date, i came to know that the technology stack from customer got changed and customer had no requirement for which i was hired.
