Is a CPA or CMA worth it? Currently in s&o consulting but feel I should get some sort of certification. Any others worth it?

I am currently working in non tech as an analyst. I have learnt SQL AND Data warehousing concepts. I am thinking of switching to any data related role Data Analyst/Data engineer. Appreciate your views/thoughts on this.

I see for many people the designation has changed but for me it's not. I was under the impression that the promotion happens after the mid year discussion or after the year end discussion.

Young professional with 3 years of retail banking experience, 1 year of claims experience, and now roughly 6 months into insurance sales.
