Hi folks, would you recommend moving to Product management from a data analyst profile? For people who made the transition what are the pros and cons?

Currently holding an offer with 91% hike in analytics but also have an opportunity to learn about product management with no hike. Should I take the risk?

Does SAP SDC renegotiate on the CTC if we have an increased offer from another firm?

Recently I cleared 2 technical rounds and had salary discussion with HR on 26th July.
When I enquired about offer letter last week, hr replied in mail that "Since your education under blacklist with cognizant, we are unable to process with your offer. Many of college alumni are already working with cognizant. Even mailed them what part of education is blacklisted but they are not replying.should I still expect offer letter from them?

I just had a first round interview with BCG, I did ok in one of the interview and did great in the other one. What are my chances of moving to the next round? More info: Based in Canada, there are two 45 mins interview for first round.

But I couldn't find the company in Google or Glassdoor reviews. It's a new startup kind of consultancy with 10-15 PPL. I can only see few linkedin posts for that company.

Is it advisable to proceed? They're not asking any money from me they are sponsoring for visa. Is it safe

currently in tax, thinking about trying to switch to advisory. anyone done this and have any advice? would i get a pay cut and/or lose my senior associate title?

Which offer should I accept? Currently staff 2 at big 4 in Tax with CPA license. I want to leave tax ASAP. Both are public companies +1B in revenue and same salary. Offer 1 - staff revenue accountant so reading contracts, speaking with the sales team and legal team, a lot of work at the end of the months to close books and reconcile transactions to make sure we are ASC 606 compliant. This track usually leads to director of revenue. Offer 2 - internal audit staff so SOX and compliance projects.
