Is it normal in a 30-minute first round hiring manager interview for the hiring manager only to ask like 2-3 questions then turn it over to you to ask questions? I felt like it should have been more...l recently had a 30 minute interview where I was only asked 3 questions (I gave what I think were solid answers), but felt like I should have been asked more questions. I then had 3 good questions prepared for the HM, which felt much more conversational, and we ended right at the 30 min mark…

Networking question here. A retired partner at the firm I used to work out reached out to me recently about attending an afternoon during the week (b4 4/30) with one of his long time clients. The partner and I have kept in touch since I joined my new firm and I feel like his invitation is a great networking opportunity since the client (who I have worked with before) is on a number of boards. Torn as how to request off as an S3. Could materialize to nothing but could be good for reconnecting.

Just received my first offer today for an SDR role and I’m trying to grind to the top of these tech sales positions. I’m in Atlanta and my OTE is 60,000. I love sales and looking to get into tech sales!
I have 7+ years of inside sales experience.
Currently in real estate but want to get into a remote tech sales position.
So far I have tried applying at company pages “career page” but no luck as of yet.
Resume is pretty strong!
Can anyone refer or recommend a recruiter and/or company I should look into?
I would greatly appreciate any recommendations or referrals.
