GPS C at 95.
Either way, 110 is too high for a C. Most SC’s are around ther
5 YOE you should be a SC, and bringing in over 110.
I’m at 95 with 2 YOE. Ask for 120
Wouldn’t do it. Stay in your current role for another year and reconnect with the recruiter to get a SC slot
Came in GPS at C at 85K with 2 grad degrees so prob not
I wasn’t in consulting, came from learning with 7 years of experience. So industry but not sexy industry (although also have 5 years of public policy experience, so ...)
Look into AFS
I have lol Accenture sent me immediate rejections for every position even with a referral
I would be upfront about it. I am my 2nd year of an MBA and have classmates that have been offered 95k offers for GPS Deloitte. Classmates have declined of course when even the lowest offer in other firms is around 150k (PwC DDV) for example
I just told OP to be upfront about it since GPS pay is very low compared to other firms. The problem, if we want to call it a problem, I see is the discrepancy in pay even for people with same degrees and the same job that I saw at my school. Now in my opinion 95k to be honest is too low for someone graduating from an MBA. As it is with the person that said 85k and 2 Masters. It makes the economics really hard to work especially after a graduate degree and severely cuts into the talent pool. My 2 cents.
Don’t do it OP. You may not even get semi-interesting work
