Any advice for a CD team who wants to move to pharma? We’ve freelanced in the space, but don’t have work in our books. Currently we’re running a large CPG brand, FT at a network agency in NYC.

Is there any options if you dont get your cpa at PwC In audit? I heard of one guy that went into basically business dev (helping partners get new clients) is there anything else besides recruiting

If i get lowballed package with good learning curve. Is it better idea to stick to it for next eight month and make another switch to recover the loss? Or should I search better job ? I have only 20 days left in notice

What questions should senior associates be asking to get a better assessment of partnership prospects? For context, I’m eligible this year as an 8th year, but it’s more common to make it around years 10-11 at my firm (only equity partners), and I’m trying to determine whether to stick around or lateral before I’m too senior. I’m in a smaller group that historically promotes only one new partner every few years, and there are several others also eligible. Any questions I should avoid asking?

My company went toxic in the last couple months. Chose me and started interviewing. Had a very successful interview with Amazon but recruiter is working hard trying to place me and said there’s no knowing how long to find a team. Meanwhile I just received a Director offer for a company with a 29% pay bump July 1. If Amazon or any other FAANG/large co gets back to me, is there an acceptable way to not burn bridges with new job and accept or delay start date with FAANG? Or fuck it just hop?

I loathe Monday morning meetings. We have a monthly team meeting at 8:00am PT and it makes me so mad! 😂 It’s always on a Monday, and I have the hardest time getting motivated for them.
