Right now? Definitely not. During non COVID times I’ve enjoyed it. Good mix of people and they have some cool events. Solid spot to work if you’re not a consultant too. Lots of creative types.

Yes how did you apply? They strictly don’t want consultants /business types

It’s one of those spots that tries to have a “arty” hip, too-cool vibe by curating clientele that can both A) afford the fees and B) are in a creative profession. The only way those things can both be true is if you’re in the small percentage of highly successful creatives or you have a trust fund.

Depends on your city for example the ones in New York are oversubscribed and always so busy whereas the London ones you have a bit more space and there’s a lot more options of houses. Miami you’re not really there for a working spot but for the pool/beach beds. So really depends city to city on your local house.

No you won't be able to use all the facilities.

Merry Christmas!!! Check out what I got. I've been wanting to try the Talisker 10 year for a while now. The other two I haven't even heard of before. My Mom got me the Scotch set. My wife got me the bitters and it turns out they're from Raleigh, NC. I'm here in Charlotte. Pretty cool. I'll be sure to post when I drink them.

My wife and I are moving to Boston from overseas (we’re from Italy and we’ve recently won the diversity visa green card lottery).

We are looking to rent a 1BR starting in January, ideally for ~$3k/month. I’ll be working in the downtown area.

Do you recommend we go for a serviced/luxury apartment (e.g. Montaje, 345 Harrison, etc.) or hire a broker to get a “normal” apartment?

Any managed buildings recommendations within our budget? Also, what are some good brokers we could work with?

Thanks!

I'm in a litigation, about 9 months in. Is it normal that I spend majority of my time making bundles for my partners (printing, binding, moving docs in a different order whenever there are new documents or he wants to add stuff) reviewing documents and making tables (e.g. dates, which documents are from where), and the only legal work is like notices of admission, list of documents, the occasional research? I'm so bored and I want to quit but I don't know if I have unrealistic expectations.
