If I am searching for an external audit position as a senior associate in public accounting particularly in the healthcare industry what is a competitive wage? I’m starting my career in TAS, and have an opportunity to join the healthcare team at my firm. I am thinking of taking it, and wanted to crowdsource some more pro/cons from seasoned hc professionals.

A big pro for me, is there is a big in-office representation for the group, and with starting my career and a hybrid WFH model, I think it would be advantageous to my learning. I do have an interest in the industry, but have some apprehension in specializing too soon.
