Its a new year -- lots of excitement, anxiety and desire to get going!!
Here is some advice I gave myself which I'd like to share with you...
1. Pace yourself.. this is a marathon not a sprint
2. Dont expect your expectations and goals to fall into place all at once.
3. Ease into it... first week is always a little wonky so expect that.
4. Breath and dont let your anxiety get the best of you.
5. Be thankful and enjoy the clean slate of a new year
6. Be Kind... we call all use some human kindness

Looking for some mental health advice - I’ve been dealing with pretty debilitating anxiety/panic attacks for over 5 years. Hi fishes, my friend recently had a bitter experience with Dish Network. So her profile was shortlisted and they asked few questions over email. It did take good 2hrs to answer and she replied back. HM said we are good to go for interview and sent an invite. On the day of interview nobody turned up, neither they gave an update later. She did follow up for a couple of days but no response. Is there any reason why this happens ? Me being in HR field felt this to be a little unprofessional.
