My wife is in sales at Mercedes and she has been averaging $200k a year and growing YoY. She loves her job, however she works long days and barely gets time off. We plan on having kids within the next year or two, and it’s highly u likely that she’ll be able to keep her current gig. We want to find a career that allows her to work remote or that at least gives her a better work life balance so that she can see her kids grow up. Should she get certifications to give her a shot at adtech?Too late?

My last therapist keeps coming up in my mind. I left her when I moved to a new area before COVID dug in and frankly it felt like leaving a girlfriend. She also disclosed in the final session that she was a member of AA and knew several of the people I occasionally discussed from the rooms. I feel like a failure as a parent at times - my youngest daughter is extremely anxious about middle school and in the first week has already had two emotional breakdowns. She is so worried about people picking on her and not having friends. My fiancé will NOT stop talking about her ex. After I found out they were texting arguing she justified it by saying it was about the dogs and not them. Even though Her social media is full of his pics. She still sends him $50 a month for dog food, still goes to work right by his place and suspiciously needs keys. Back in May 2021, I rented a property that had sustained damage during the big snow storm. This wasn't disclosed at lease signing. The home leaked every time it rained, mold was found in the home & the LL failed to make repairs that resulted in me falling down a flight of stairs.
