It might be better in the UK but it’s pretty terrible in the US at the moment, lots of folks are unhappy about the mandatory return to work initiatives coming from HQ in France.
It’s 3 days for now (not optional) but i don’t doubt it becoming 5 eventually. People have been leaving in droves because of it.
If in NYC... run! They issued mandates to be in the office, lots of outbreaks and not transparency from management. They don't pay well and they pretend support all these initiatives but it is just for social media.
OP i do know the London office went back in October, not sure how they’re faring but i remember someone posting about being unhappy with RTO awhile back
As a writer, pharma has always seemed like the worst industry to work in. So legally regulated that you are often literally an editor for lawyers.
In the US for sure. But other countries have less regulations. A few years back some Canadian agency did some really good pharma work because of less regulations. Wish I could find it.
I’ve been with lynx (split london and Manchester office) for a while, it really depends which team or account you’d be on. Have they told you which account or therapy area you’d be working on?
Thanks so much, I'll defo take you up on that! I'm currently in a pretty good company, although not overly happy, so would be pretty anxious to make a move I wasn't 100% sure on.
