The TC is slightly more than I make now. But I’m worried about the wlb and culture. I’ve also been wanting stability in my job instead of moving around. Any advice?

About rolling off my project with no new project opportunity yet. I’m already getting anxious and can’t have a full night rest with the worry of not finding a project soon and eventually getting laid off.
