Letting people go without replacement and plopping the responsibility in your lap is a sign of poor management and perhaps even an issue with the account. I would highly suggest speaking with leadership about their plan and your role in it, beyond you pulling mop up duty.

I’d like to talk about my title and salary given I’ll be taking on the responsibilities of two additional roles… and if they balk, put in your notice on the spot. They’ve got the losing hand in that scenario.
Not crazy. But if they’re not willing to promote and pay you more for taking on two additional roles and they’re not backfilling those roles, then you might want to start looking for a new job.

It may be early on, but if they trust you enough to get the jobs of 2 others done, it doesn’t matter that you’ve only been there for 6 months IMO. Not crazy, not hopeful, just reasonable. If they want the work done, and done right, they’ll pay for it 🤷🏻♀️ and if not… you’re not the problem. They are.
