I’ve been offered a 50% increase to go to a big 4 at same level. I am currently at mid-tier (BDO/RSM/GT etc.). Just promoted to manager. Is this essentially a no brainer to take it?

How does one tell their boss (owner of the company) that you are burnt out? Having serious sleep problems, on and off been about two years now. Recently had an episode of extreme dizziness, diagnosis is vertigo. Been two months, still feel it from time to time.

First day of 30mg vyvanse today. Had a rush of energy and hyperfocus (too much so) about 2-4 hours in, but had a complete crash 5hrs after taking the pill (just a wave of fatigue, felt very good after a quick 15min nap actually) and not sure if it had any effect after. Is this normal? Should I stick it out for a few days or is this a big sign that I’m not on the right meds/dose? Nervous to keep trialling this during the workday since a midday crash is not ideal. Appreciate any advice!
