I’ve got a few interviews next week with PwC Strategy& but they are part of a larger hiring event that seem to all interview with the PwC new equation/professional framework. The recruiter gave me a prep guide but it just says situational interviews..I thought it was supposed to be more case focused? Anyone have any insight or is this how they are interviewing across the board now for consulting roles?

I recently interviewed with Natwest and I got confirmation that they wanted to offer a role. Salary negotiations were started. However, now I got an email from the hiring manager that hiring for my role has been paused due to the ongoing cost of living crisis. He expects to resume the hiring for the role in Q1 '23 and would resume the process then. So is it the end? Honestly, I don't expect him to come back. But what do you think?

Student loans question: my sister has $100K in loans. She has $15-20K sitting in her bank account.
