My Android career is in a good shape in India. My parents are considering a marriage alliance with an NRI who is a Civil engineer in Texas. If I move with him by leaving my current job, what are my job prospects in Texas? How long does it usually take to get work visa and how easy/tough is it to get a job there considering I have 6+ years of experience in the field?

Thoughts on offer. 5.5 YOE in BV / M&A. Broad experience over that time in Valuation advisory and strong network within current firm - anticipating 5-7 yrs to partner where I am. CPA / ABV. M2 current. Current salary $125k. Offered $150k + $7.5k SOB for a lateral move to much bigger (not b4) PA firm. Probably weaker prospects of accelerated partner track.
