PwC pays for global entry / TSA pre. There is a separate charge code for in-flight WiFi whenever you travel. There is also paid WSJ access.

Wait can I charge in flight WiFi even if I’m traveling for personal reasons? I’m traveling in a couple weeks and it would be nice to get some work done on the flight but not going to pay for in flight WiFi myself.

I'm planning to purchase a home in the next 1-2 years as a first home buyer. My parents are currently refinancing their home and because they are close to retirement and have a smaller income, I'm planning to take out the mortgage under my name (won't be listed as the property owner). Would I still be able to get the benefits of being a first home buyer when that time comes? Or will the mortgage disqualify me? I recognize this isa unique situation, so it's been hard to find a clear answer online

Who is still in denial about a housing correction? The Fed just made another .75% increase. Powell said they won’t stop until inflation is 2%. He also said a recession would be better than the consequences of unchecked inflation. He announced he will bring rates to a “restrictive level” until “the job is done”. He said that labor demand needs to soften (ie: layoffs). He very explicitly said he wants to slash demand and that housing needs a “correction”.
