Just got an offer letter to work in the GPS practice of EY for 110K and 8K sign on bonus. Recently asked my boss for a raise/promotion at Booz and he said he couldn’t do anything for me. I’m only making 92K with Booz. Do I follow the money? I’m worried EY will have no WLB.
