Different for staff, but I'm of the belief that if you don't get a 4 or 5, you shouldn't be promoted to manager or Sr. Manager. If you're not out performing your peer group at your old level, how can you be expected to even be a 3 at the next level..
Practice is missing and it matters a lot. There is an overall pool but TAS vs PI actually have completely different budgets and pools of money. Even their comp and partner comp models are different. That is why these numbers vary so wildly. Then when you layer in competency vs sector - it is different again.
Disgusting. Quit. I'll refer you to PwC
I hope they at least made eye contact when they screwed you

My staff 2 to senior 1 raise fso 4 this year was 14%
Staff to senior is automatic if you don't screw up - with a 3, its not terrible
My last year (staff-->senior) was 13% raise, with rating "3"... Didn't know this year was that bad. Sorry, OP
I just talked to a girl, staff to senior who got 20%
Wtf EY11. A 12% for a 3 rating. That's amazing. Which practice ?
My rating was a 3.
Damn u can get promoted with a 3? ACN sucks man, it's only the sig above (highest rating) ppl who even get considered for it
Bad year - but get a 4 or 5 usually
5k is the standard promo bump. From Sr to mgr is 6.5k. This came out of my PPED's mouth yesterday during my comp call. Non promotion year for me.
The sr to mgr promo bonus was 10K last year.. That 6.5k is a joke smh
5.7 for a three doesn't seem too bad
Got 12% this year with a 3 and m3
12.5% at a 4
I'm national. Strategy
I got 12% as a 3 last year. 3 again this yr and got 10%. FSO
