Unfortunately consulting firms really disregard any masters degree that is not an MBA.
Yeah, OP, but until you complete it, means nothing. Actually it means that you can't pull in overtime because you have to go to school. Finish your MBA and get in through the front door.

School is very different than actual experience, you pay your way into school while experience pays you
I'm at a medium sized business that doesn't have levels -_- which is a main reason why so many younger people leave. Literally it goes from consultant to program manager

No, you'll probably get an offer for Associate, but when you ask for Senior they will give it to you. 4 years fed experience is nothing. Do two years as SA and you have a good shot if you're any good.
