I've been working as a Sr. Recruiter (salaried) with a new company for the past year. In that time, we've gone through 3 leaders and we're on our 4th now. In my role, I support multiple regions in various time zones, so I'm required to work longer hours. I dont mind it at all but recentIy I was out sick for 2 day and my new manager asked me to use pto for those missed days. We've had several convos regarding my work style etc. This was a bit off putting and would to get other perspectives.

Folks- I looked at a role at McKinsey for a few weeks that I thought I would be a great fit for. This is not pure strategy but more like analysis/expert type of role. Does this move from Analytics Manager to PM make sense?

I have a background in data, and recently got reached out to by an early stage data platform startup whom I have been a customer of, to join their team as a PM. I know the founders and like their product a lot. But given their early stage and my current employer is pre-IPO, I’m a little nervous about the financial/career risk.
