Most expensive expensed dinner?

As things start to open up fully, some of my institutional clients are sending notices that we are expected to do X activity over zoom from here on out (things we used to do in person). Clearly it’s a cost cutting measure. Anyone else feel like filing for telephonic appearance so the insurance company can save a buck isn’t going to sit well with judges who prefer in person attendance? I hope they deny all of them so my billables don’t suffer. Less travel = more desk bs I have to do to hit quota

Almost midnight here and I'm cleaning my medicine cabinet so I can reboot having a regular skin-care routine. What happens if what the employee said is slanderous and a “he said/she said” situation? I.e. employee claimed the manager made a disparaging remark about an item of clothing being worn by someone in accordance with their beliefs. If you opt to share the feedback with the manager, would the manager have a legal case against the company or former employee?
