Kinda tired being in Manufacturing lately.

I work/live in upstate NY and most of my work trips are to the middle of nowhere. The pay is a bit lower, but I enjoy the job security.
I got back from Interphex NYC and man, cities are fun. I used to live 15 mins from NYC. I would love to work in or at least very close to the city. But I have concerns:

• My background is PLC automation/project mgmt in Pharma
• There is no manufacturing in big cities at this scale
• Job security

How do you assess your client time as billable or non-billable? We are currently reviewing our time card process and want to better establish groundwork for differentiating between the two. Further to that, do you have your time members log their time and categorize it as Billable/Non-Billable upon submission? or does the Account Manager review submitted time cards and assign each based on the work being logged?

Working to muster the courage to take the first pill of Lexapro (generic). How was the first weeks for you? I have a very intense project on the go and worried it'll impact my cognitive function and ability to perform (nausea etc..)

Client filed appearance pro se, then plaintiff sent over a draft settlement agreement few weeks later which client didn’t sign. Client then got an attorney, filed answer, etc. Can this oral agreement be voided for coercion, indefinite mat’l term, etc?

Yet I have had some interesting convos for people manager roles in insights recently and wondering if I should maybe refocus my efforts there. Pivoting away from Sales: I’ve been in sales positions for 15 years, and I’m just exhausted by the role (disputing commissions, arguing about deals, all of it). I have read all the books but want some hands on experience on the property management side. I have 13YOE managing cross-departmental projects and people, and I’d like to shed the general EA work of calendars/travel/expenses. But recruiters just see my most recent role is EA and that’s all they want to talk to me about. I’m hoping a better written resume will help target algorithms to get my resume viewed for other roles.
