Newbie to investing and never invested in a company that went through a reverse stock split.
In theory, I understand the market value should increase but I’m not seeing this reflected in the price and naturally my book value/ share is very disappointing.
A) When should I anticipate the stock appreciation to occur?
B) What’s the next move for companies that do this? Issue more shares?
TIA!

I don't have a ton of time, so I've just been using the 7 minute workout app at home and choosing how many rounds to do each day. It feels like a decent workout and I can choose which areas to target, so I like it! I used to do Beachbody, but I haven't done that in awhile.
I am currently doing core training. I am always doing bridges and pelvic tilts at home. I don't have time to go to the gym and do some lifts so I am just doing some simple exercises at home. Jump rope is really nice too.
Kickboxing!
Amazing!!!! Keep up the great work! I want to drop 20lbs by the summer!

^Thissssssss x 💯
Solidcore, changed my life
Second this, intense but great!
I’ve been doing the Move with Nicole Pilates videos on YouTube every other day (I run on the other days) and have had great results on that regimen! I also like the Sculpt Society app (which you have to pay for but it’s not bad - only $20 per month).

So this is a bit offbeat but I get overwhelmed by too many workouts and then my body gets into a cycle and I end up eating more and it's a whole problem. I used to run every night and that worked for me, but I've ended up relaxing quite a bit into my body, go for a long walk with my dog every night (a few miles) and then have started incorporating yin yoga. Now, if you want strength training that's one thing, but if you just want to stay fit, this might be a really good idea. Essentially intuitive exercise
I just do a 30 minute full body work out. I follow Pamela Reif's program. She has free programs on her app and on Youtube.
Growingannas on YouTube has great full body HIIT, Tabata workouts for every level. I try to do it a few times a week. Some weeks are a struggle but the important thing is to just keep coming back!
No! I totally agree. She literally plays the same music in all her videos. I usually turn hers off and play my own 🤣
My main workout right now is going on for a jog. It really helped with my mood. I usually do it in the morning.
Pilates! It's a little expensive compared to a gym membership but it is really effective. Try it out, OP!
I swear by Reformer Pilates! 🙌
Someone mentioned Move With Nicole - also a go to of mine! I tend to workouts by Sydney Cummings and Heather Robertson the most when I'm home. On office days, I'm just focused on getting my steps in tbh, and will sometimes squeeze a 20 min workout before work if I can
Pilates! It definitely changed my life. I also do yoga three times a week.
Pilates. It’s the only thing I actually enjoy. I go to club Pilates 3x a week.
Pilates all the way! But on cardio days, I go for dance cardio workouts. Btw, do you guys do home workputs or do you go to the gym/classes?
I use the Pilates Anytime app for when I only have a small window of time to squeeze in a quick mat pilates workout. When I do have extra time, I go to a local pilates studio to take on reformer classes. Nothing has worked as well as pilates for me, personally.
Running
Been into weights more this year and decided to become a power lifter. It has not only made me stronger but it has also improved my overall physique. especially my glutes!
