Am an executive assistant and There is one executive I support who is very annoying. He doesn't behave this way with backup admin assistants when am out of the office

How do you deal or work with such people?

Dealing with asshole client who tried to bully me into changing our recommendations, and spineless partner who is back pedaling now given client reaction, despite pre-aligning on our view. People suck

I started a new job last monday; this is my first corporate job after college. My senior manager ( my manager’s manager) scheduled a 1:1 with me on Friday and she expects me to have questions.
What should ask? I'm already being trained by my peers, so I don't really understand the dynamic.

I’m a new analyst at a PE firm, and my associate keeps blaming me for things she does wrong. Like she will tell me I made the wrong change, even though she is the one who changed it. Or in calls with other people, she won’t take responsibility for things that she told me to do that the other person calls out as wrong. How can I handle this situation without making her mad but also not letting her step all over me?

I have an offer for a company abroad. Originally they wanted me to fly out and start the day after Thanksgiving (not celebrated in their country), but because of the holidays I suggested starting in either December or January with the ability to take some holiday days in December to fly back home for Christmas. I’m teaching summer school at a high school, and the co-principals have asked me to focus on only 2 to 3 chapters worth (what they are calling “2-3 standards” in the eight days of summer semesters. However, they are also asking me to give kids the midterm and/or final at the end of each period, which covers 4-5 chapters each semester. My question is this: “Is it legal by California Ed code for the administration to ask me to teach less than each entire semester, yet test each whole semester?”
