Ladies, would you wear to work?

Hi guys ,
I am in a US project in Accenture. We have long calls in the night timings. My other teammate has backed out saying she won't attend any calls as she got some medical condition so she won't attend long calls which extend till 9:30.Other teammate is a junior. The managers are expecting me to join all the calls. No help I am getting. And they all being Tamil, I think some partiality is going on between them.Even our onsite lead is of no use.She expects me to attend long calls.
What should I do .pls suggest?
After ~20-30 min on a call, I stop paying attention.

Yes. I wear similar boots with a pencil skirt and button up shirt in fall/winter, sometimes with hoes.
Hahaha I said what I said
Rising Star
That looks like a 50 shades of grey boot.
Heck no. Maybe a shorter heel, then yes.
Absolutely not lol
Personally, no but if worn with a conservative outfit could be okay
I think this could work with a long skirt or long dress but on the level of personal comfort I wouldn’t last 1 minute in these before needing to take them off. Bless anyone who can survive a workday in these.
Really depends what your "work" is.....
No I personally wouldn't but I have had two foot surgeries so I tend to not wear heels anymore. When I do wear the I prefer a wedge or even a kitten heel. I just can't do these super pointed high ones anymore.
