I've been trying to update my resume with my last 5 years of experience and I'm completely overwhelmed. At this point I just need to hire a resume writer. I need someone who can talk to me about my experience and actually write the resume, not just edit an existing resume. Does anyone have a recommendation? Is ResumeSpice worth the money?

Are you hiring for HRBP or HR Manager?
Recruiting coordinator in NYC - new salary starting in Jan will be 72k, current now is 64390). Getting promoted to campus program manager end of Jan.. Will be at 91k plus about 5k bonus. I think it seems fair for the area?
Hi, to the two earning 75 and 80k in tech as RC: I’m also a rc in tech but started off at 60k and they bumped me up 7% instead of 3% for merit increase because supposedly of the market research, to pay me at a more fair rate (so now about 64k). But I know the salary for the role in nyc in tech is at the rates you both have, esp also because I’ve been interviewing. So I’m still underpaid. Should I talk to my manager again ? Any advice on how to discuss? Been here for over a year now with current manager for 6months, with prior 6 months rc exp and prior 3 years of HR coordination.

Regional HR Manager in Louisiana. National company with about 1100 employees. 4 person HR Dept. I currently cover 2 out of 3 regions. I started small 4 years ago and have expanded my coverage area and responsibilities. I received my PHR last year. I am at $42k, and I know I am underpaid. Just unsure of what to ask for.
I had the same problem when I lived in Louisiana…salary was $45k w/ 24/7 demand no HR support w/275 workforce. After researching several jobs I moved to Dallas, TX with a relocation with the same company. I got a 40% increase in pay and within 1 year my salary doubled. I continued to work there for 5 years with basic COL increases. I decided to explore other companies. I had about 15 years experience. I was offered a job paying $17k more with a bonus and perks. I left after a year, I didn’t like their people strategy. Went to another company. I’ve been there 4.5 years. My base is $135 w/ 15% bonus plus benefits. Louisiana is home and I love it but I can afford to visit now. My daughter just graduated from college in Louisiana she landed her first job in DFW making $45k w/limited experience. Word of advice…LEAVE LOUISIANA until you’re ready to retire.
I make $80k at Fortune 500 company in Indiana.
Forgot to mention I’m a training specialist for 400 employees

Time for a new job 🙌🏽
I work for a hris company and am a senior hr specialist, company has upwards of 5000 employee’s and I service 150 companies currently 86k but in the 100k range after bonus. I graduated college about 3 years ago, I think it’s a good range? But I definitely feel over worked in this field.
How did you get into the field? Do they have remote opportunities? Need to get into a remote or hybrid role. I have HR specialist experience and a degree but I took the Generalist and consultant route and now I want to get back into the workforce. Tried Compensation manager but not remote so didn’t work with my current home responsibilities.
